NOVARIONS VACCORE is a high-performance conical ribbon vacuum dryer engineered for efficient and gentle drying, mixing and controlled discharge of powders, crystals, granules and wet filter cakes. The optimized conical vessel, close-clearance ribbon geometry and jacketed construction promote continuous product movement across the heated surface, delivering efficient heat transfer and uniform drying under vacuum with reduced thermal exposure.
The Shiv Shakti Special Ribbon Design combines optimized pitch, angle and clearance with bidirectional rotation to provide effective forward mixing and controlled reverse discharge. Single- and double-ribbon configurations, optional centre auger and Product Circulation Guide can be selected according to product characteristics and process requirements. The design focuses on high heat-transfer efficiency, low product retention, reduced dead zones and smooth discharge, making VACCORE suitable for demanding pharmaceutical, API, specialty chemical, agrochemical, food and nutraceutical applications.
